Request for Proposals for Financial and Compliance Auditing ServicesLifeWays,
a community mental health authority serving as both PIHP and CMHSP for Jackson
and Hillsdale counties, is requesting proposals for professional financial and
MDCH compliance auditing services for each of the fiscal years ending September
30, 2011 through 2013.
As a result of
this RFP, LifeWays expects to contract with a qualified certified public
accountant firm to audit its financial statements and examine its compliance
with MDCH specified requirements.
