Provider Meetings

The Monthly Provider Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the LifeWays Pine Room in the Jackson Building (1200 N West Ave, Jackson, MI 49202) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  No registration is required.  Please enter through the back Meeting Room entrance.  The Agenda is available at the meeting and Minutes are included in the Process Alert issued at the end of the month.  Please contact Maribeth Caldwell, the meeting facilitator, with any questions or if you would like to add an agenda item.
